Food Bank Donations
On October 3rd, Long Beach Rotary will be outside Sid’s, Okie’s, and Jack’s collecting nonperishable food and monetary donations to support local food banks and families throughout our community. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our neighbors, we collected about 3,500 pounds of food and $1,600—and this year, we’re hoping to make an even bigger impact.
Every can, box, bag, and dollar helps keep local food bank shelves stocked for people who may be going through a difficult time. Whether you donate a few groceries, make a monetary contribution, volunteer, or simply help spread the word, your support matters.
If you’re out shopping on October 3rd, please stop by and help us support our local food banks. Together, we can build on last year’s success and make sure even more food reaches the families who need it most.
